Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and unused
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition as received

Due to the nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you'd like to return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.
